registration system in accordance with the Political Parties Act, 2011, the
Political Parties (Membership) Regulations, 2021, and the Data Protection Act, 2019.

PEC collects the following information as prescribed in Form PPM1:
- Surname and Other Names
- National ID Number
- Phone Number and Email (optional)
- Date of Birth and Gender
- County, Sub-county, Ward, Polling Station
- Consent confirmation
2. Purpose of Data Collection
Your data is collected for:
- Verification and issuance of PEC membership numbers
- Maintaining a lawful and updated party membership register
- Compliance with the Political Parties Act and ORPP regulations
- Generating analytical membership reports

Your information is stored securely in PEC’s protected digital systems. Access is restricted
to authorized party officials only and protected using authentication controls and secure connections.
4. Consent
By completing the online registration, you explicitly agree to the collection and processing
of your personal data for the purposes stated above.
